You should sign up for an Escaropen account, pretty easy. All you need is your email address and a username. Takes less than a minute.

Download a Escaropen-ready client or manually patch one

It's recommended that you get the Escaropen-ready client, saves you from the hassle but if for some reason you want to manually patch, there's a option to do so. Go download a client, pre-patched and/or unpatched. Once you're done, you're in! Congratulations!
